2 - WHEN WILL THE GUIDELINES BE AVAILABLE IN THE EXHIBITOR GUIDE?
The event rules will be listed in the Exhibitor Guide, through the website (menu Exhibitor then submenu Guidelines) or e-mail: email@example.com
3 - IS THERE AN ASSEMBLY UNION?
Yes. We suggest that you hire companies affiliated to SINDIPROM: +55 11 3120 7099 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
4 - WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE REQUESTED FOR ACCESS OF THE BOOTH ASSEMBLERS TO THE PAVILLION?
After the project is approved and the documentation delivered (ART or RRT) to Walter Guerreiro at TCW (email@example.com or +55 11 2819 5840), the documents required to be presented at the pavilion are:

6 - WHICH DOCUMENTS SHOULD I PRESENT UPON ARRIVING AT THE EVENT?
To access the fair, you must register through the Exhibitor Guide. An ID or passport will be required in order to get the passes.
7 - HOW TO PROCEED TO SUBMIT INVOICES?
For merchandising to be exhibited, a transportation invoice must be created to the exhibitor itself, only changing the delivery address to the pavilion.
8 - ARE THERE SPECIFIC TIMES FOR MAINTENANCE?
Access for replacement and maintenance is permitted until two hours prior to the event.
9 - CAN I WEAR SHORTS OR SANDALS TO THE EVENT?
No. Shorts, sandals or tank tops are not permitted during the event, including setup and assembly periods.
10 - HOW CAN I REGISTER MY COMPANY AS A BOOTH BUILDER?
Through the Exhibitor Guide. You will receive specific login and password.
11 - SHOULD I FORWARD MY BOOTH PROJECT FOR APPROVAL?
Yes, the project must be sent to Walter Guerreiro at TCW (firstname.lastname@example.org or +55 11 2819 5840) no less than 45 days before the event.
12 - I WANT TO HIRE EXTRA SERVICES, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Exhibitor: there are many supplier options available in the Exhibitor Guide.
13 - HOW SHOULD I PROCEED IF I MISS THE DEADLINE FOR EXTRA SERVICES?
After the deadline, any requests must be submitted to Edgar Santana at email@example.com or +55 11 2730 0522.
14 - HOW MANY CREDENTIALS ARE AVAILABLE PER EXHIBITOR?
These are unlimited and free, you just need to request through the Exhibitor Electronic Guide.
15 - HOW TO RESQUEST SUPPLIERS/ASSEMBLERS CREDENTIALS?
These are paid and must be requested through the Exhibitor Guide.
16 - HOW TO PROCEED IN CASE OF LOST EXHIBITOR CREDENTIAL?
Go to the CAEX with your ID or passport and request a new one.
17 - HOW TO HIRE INTERNET OR TELEPHONE SERVICE?

18 - IS THERE SECURITY STAFF AT THE EVENT OR SHOULD I HIRE EXTRA FOR MY BOOTH?
The event security is responsible for common areas and access control. It is not responsible for the products, machinery and merchandising displayed at the booths.
19 - WILL THERE BE LOCKERS AT THE EVENT?
Yes. Lockers will be available for exhibitors free of charges so they can walk around the event more comfortably.
