After the project is approved and the documentation delivered (ART or RRT) to Walter Guerreiro at TCW ([email protected] or +55 11 2819 5840), the documents required to be presented at the pavilion are:

  • Statement of Liability filled and signed and a deposit check of R$ 5.000,00 (five thousand reis) payable to Rofer Feiras e Eventos Ltda.
  • Service credentials previously bought.

To access the fair, you must register through the Exhibitor Guide. An ID or passport will be required in order to get the passes.

For merchandising to be exhibited, a transportation invoice must be created to the exhibitor itself, only changing the delivery address to the pavilion.

Access for replacement and maintenance is permitted until two hours prior to the event.

No. Shorts, sandals or tank tops are not permitted during the event, including setup and assembly periods.

Exhibitor: there are many supplier options available in the Exhibitor Guide.

Supplier: you must inform the exhibitor of any electric or hydraulic needs so they can request it through the webiste.

The event security is responsible for common areas and access control. It is not responsible for the products, machinery and merchandising displayed at the booths.
Specific security for booths can be hired through the official security company or any other company that submit the following documents for each security professional:

  • Security company recommendation letter;
  • Exhibitor recommendation letter;
  • Copy of ID;
  • Criminal record;
  • Copy of security course certificate within the expiration date.

Yes. Lockers will be available for exhibitors free of charges so they can walk around the event more comfortably.
